As an Employment Solicitor, you’ll advise on contracts, redundancy, TUPE, dismissals, grievances, settlement agreements, and tribunal claims. Collaborate with Litigation colleagues for crossover matters.

Responsibilities:

Advise employers and employees on employment law matters.

Represent clients at Employment Tribunals.

Draft contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.

Requirements:

5+ years PQE in employment law.

Strong technical, advocacy, and drafting skills.

Commercially aware with client relationship experience.
