Your new company You will be working for a Tier 1 contractor operating within the highways and infrastructure sector, delivering major schemes across the region. The organisation has a strong pipeline of work and a proven track record of delivering complex civil engineering projects safely and efficiently. Your new role As a Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of highways works on a live project for a Tier 1 contractor. Manage daily site operations across highways and civil engineering works Coordinate subcontractors, labour and plant to meet programme requirements Ensure all works are delivered in line with health, safety, environmental and quality standards Liaise with project managers, engineers, commercial teams and stakeholders Maintain accurate site records, reports and documentation Proactively identify and resolve site issues, escalating where required What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Site Manager within highways or civil engineering projects Previous experience working for a Tier 1 contractor (desirable) Strong knowledge of highways specifications and construction methodologies Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple work fronts in a fast‑paced site environment What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
