Job Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business
* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, clearly articulating value propositions
* Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM systems
* Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to develop targeted sales strategies
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the technology, software, or professional services sector
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating new business
* Experience using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and customer data
* Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Relevant sales or business development qualifications are desirable
* Knowledge of the UK market and industry-specific regulations is advantageous
