In this role, you will play a crucial role in all aspects of property sales, focusing on lead generation and ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial contact to completion. What you’ll be doing Engaging with developers across the UK to pitch their prop-tech services in build-to-rent Arrange and conduct meetings with developers to pitch services and close deals Manage the entire sales process from negotiation to completion, working closely with clients and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction Provide regular reports on lead generation progress, opportunities, and challenges, allowing for data-driven decision-making What you will have Proven sales experience within Property/Estate Agency/Investment B2B sales account management experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Full UK driving licence and own car Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching and exceeding targets A passion for the property investment and a desire to learn and grow in this field What’s in it for you Basic annual salary of £30,000 DOE Excellent commission structure, realistic OTE in first year of £60,000 Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives Training and ongoing support in the property industry Opportunities for career advancement and personal growth within the company 37.5 hour working week 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays Company days out – Royal Ascot, Shooting / Corporate days out Laptop, phone, company credit card all provided On site parking allowance
