Vertu MINI York We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join the high‑performing team at Vertu MINI York, one of the top‑performing sites in the MINI Network. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent an iconic brand within a dealership consistently recognised for its results, customer experience, and team culture. This role offers a basic salary of £22,000, with an excellent commission structure that gives you the opportunity to exceed on‑target earnings of £45,000. You’ll benefit from a genuine work–life balance, working a 40‑hour week across five 8‑hour shifts. While most Saturdays are required — our busiest and most rewarding sales day — you’ll receive a guaranteed weekday off, and the dealership is closed every Sunday, giving you valuable time to switch off and recharge. You’ll receive structured training and a comprehensive onboarding programme, designed to help you hit the ground running and maximise your earning potential. In this role, you’ll guide customers through a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable buying experience. From initial enquiry through to vehicle handover, you’ll manage the full sales journey while delivering the exceptional service standards that have helped make Vertu MINI York one of the network’s standout performers. Requirements Currently working as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry (minimum 12 months’ experience) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic) We invest more in colleague development than any other UK motor retailer.
