The Role
As the HR Manager, you will:
* Build and lead a central HR department
* Oversee three administrative support staff

The Candidate
The ideal HR Manager will have:
* CIPD Level 5 qualification
* Experience in implementing HR practices
* Knowledge of VISA and sponsorship processes
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
