Working Hours:
* 5½ days per week
* Monday to Saturday: 8:30am – 6:00pm with a regular weekday off
* Alternate Sundays: 11:00am – 4:00pm
We’re currently recruiting for a driven and customer‑focused Car Sales Executive to join a busy and successful dealership in the Ipswich area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional — either from the motor trade or another target‑driven industry — to join a high‑performing team with strong earning potential and uncapped commission.
The Role
As a Car Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while maximising sales opportunities.
* Selling both new and used vehicles
* Managing the full customer journey from enquiry through to handover
* Building strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
* Handling enquiries from walk‑ins, telephone and online leads
* Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems
* Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience within a sales environment
* Motor trade experience is advantageous but not essential
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Target‑driven with a motivated and professional attitude
* Excellent negotiation and customer service ability
* Full UK Driving Licence preferred
