Salary + Commission OTE potential over 40k

NWF Fuels is growing and has a fantastic opportunity to join the Commercial Sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to engage customers effectively.

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic sales agents who like to achieve and be rewarded for their hard work.

* Amazing OTE potential over 40k
* Weekend trip abroad for top performers
* Quarterly rewards for top-performing team members and managers
* Work Mon-Fri, 8:30 am - 5 pm (no evenings, weekends, or bank holidays)
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Main Responsibilities

* Initiate conversations with prospective customers over the phone
* Practice effective questioning techniques to engage prospects and keep conversations moving forward
* Gather and document customer information, payment methods, purchases, and competitor information
* Confidently negotiate to achieve win-win situations for the business and customer
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
* Answer customer questions about products
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
* Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs

What you should bring to the role:

* An upbeat, friendly approach to speaking with customers
* Proven sales experience with evidence of achieving KPIs
* Aspirations to grow within the company
* Confident negotiation and customer service skills
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Resilience
* Attention to detail and effective listening skills
* A positive attitude and desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment
* Ability to work under pressure
* PC literacy
