Site Manager – Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager/Supervisor to supervise all site-based operatives and oversee all aspects of their work, ensuring they are undertaken within the current codes of practice to a high standard.
Responsibilities
Oversee operatives and their work; carry out safety inductions, toolbox talks, control quality of work and ensure method statements and risk assessments are completed. Ensure all materials used, including those by sub‑contractors, are compliant with technical and quality specifications, keep sites clean and tidy, maintain accurate records of all work carried out, and upkeep plant and facilities.
Requirements
* Electrical Bias / 18th Edition or HVAC with F‑gas
* Facility Management / FM background
* Knowledge and understanding of CDM regulations
* SMSTS Certificate (must obtain/have)
* Substantial experience in supervising the full life cycle of FM projects
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Ability to drive projects forward and maintain high standards of work
* Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to overcome barriers efficiently
* A strong sense of responsibility, punctuality and reliability
