Recruitment Consultant - West London
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to transition from volume-based hiring to building relationships and delivering high-quality placements. Recruitment is often perceived as transactional, but the private staff market is distinct. It is a sector founded on trust, discretion and long-term connections. Success hinges on understanding families, lifestyles and expectations, and pairing them with exceptional individuals who can make a significant impact.
This role is ideal for someone who:
• Is proactive, creative, well-organised and adept at prioritising
• Is confident managing both client and candidate relationships
• Thrives in a fast-paced yet detail-driven environment
• Understands the importance of discretion and professionalism
Ideal profile:
• 2–3+ years’ experience in recruitment, sales or real estate or a similar role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple live searches simultaneously
• Commercially aware and target-driven
• Proficient in English. A second language is a plus
What’s on offer:
• £28,000–33,000+ gross base salary (DOE) - Total compensation per year can be approximately £38,000 to £50,000+ depending on performance
• Performance-related bonus (typically £10–20k per annum)
