We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our leadership team.
In this standalone HR role, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the HR function.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with the leadership team to deliver strategic HR support across all areas of the employee lifecycle
* Provide HR advice to leaders on HR policies, procedures and best practice
* Advise on employee relations issues including conduct, performance, grievance, disciplinary, absence, sickness etc
* End to end recruitment
* Oversee the performance review process and support ongoing staff development and career progression
* Champion employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
* Run HR projects and change initiatives
* Represent Tyrone Fabrication on the Mid Ulster HR forum and at local ad hoc Career events
* Maintain policies in line with legislation
* Deliver HR reporting and KPIs
About You
* Proven experience in a similar HR leadership role
* Strong knowledge of NI employment legislation
* CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
