Labourer Self-Employed

We're looking for a reliable, hard-working labourer to support a small, friendly building team on residential and commercial jobs in and around Lichfield.
This is a self-employed role, paid on a day rate, with consistent work available for the right person.
What were looking for:
Good attitude and work ethic
Physically fit and able to carry out general labouring duties
Punctual and dependable
Experience preferred but not essential
Must have own transport to get to sites
Duties will include:
Assisting with site prep and clear-up
Moving materials and supporting tradespeople
Basic use of tools (if experienced)
Keeping the site tidy and safe
