We’re looking for a confident, ambitious Sales Executive to join a growing team in the Horsham area. If you enjoy building relationships, having engaging conversations, and being part of a supportive environment where no two days are the same this could be the perfect role for you.
Sales Executive responsibilities:
* Speaking with potential customers and identifying opportunities.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships over the phone, email, or in person.
* Managing your own pipeline and taking ownership of your targets.
* Working closely with internal teams to support client needs.
* Representing the business with professionalism, positivity, and energy.
* Maintain and update valid quotations for all high-running parts using the information in our database
* Conduct a commercial review of customer orders upon receipt and present the reviewed order to the customer service team for processing
* Provide support to the customer service team by assisting with order loading, order book reconciliation, and export classification
Skills & experience required:
* Experience in Sales, Business development or Account management
* Can build strong relationships with others (customers and suppliers) while retaining appropriate independence.
* Has self-confidence and is self-motivated towards achieving personal and team goals
* Is persuasive, can identify the customers real and underlying needs and respond to meet them.
* Is a good listener and has an enquiring mind
* Manages time effectively and makes sound decisions when prioritizing team tasks.
* Handles high volumes of work efficiently and with ease.
