An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Officer to work for a large Public Sector organisation in Inverness. You will be handling a range of case work including attendance management, discipline, grievance and provide advice and support on the recruitment process and ensure local governance processes are followed
Essential skills:
* Generalist HR experience
* Be knowledgeable about Key HR policies processes and legislation
* Able to use Microsoft 365 and HR systems experience.
* Chartered member of CIPD or working towards
