An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced candidate to join the Catering department at Norwich City Football Club in the role of HR Administrator. This is an excellent role for someone who is a motivated and enthusiastic individual with great people skills to provide administration support to a busy Catering HR team.
The successful individual will sit within a small team providing an efficient HR/Administration service for 500 casual workers employed on 1st team matchdays. It is therefore essential that the successful candidate has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent IT skills.
Key tasks / responsibilities
* Maintain the enquiries and recruitment inboxes, responding to all emails and texts.
* Arrange and administer all recruitment and induction sessions. Selecting, interviewing and inducting casual workers on a 1:1 or group basis.
* Ensure all casual workers provide the correct legal paperwork and new start documentation.
* Administer all new start documentation, organise appropriate training sessions, ensuring that records are created and updated correctly.
* Distribute and organise the launder of casual workers uniforms, produce name badges and security passes.
* Assist with payroll preparation each month.
* Carrying out various admin tasks such as purchase orders, data input, processing of leavers.
* Input of accurate data into the Humanforce and Talos systems.
* Efficient booking of staff for all catering events.
* Deliver clear and professional communication to all casual workers.
* Escort matchday workers to their correct work areas within the stadium.
* Answering calls and handling queries internally and externally where appropriate.
* To act in a manner that supports the Club’s Values of Growth, Integrity, Belonging, Resilience, Pride and Commitment.
The role would ideally suit a candidate who has administration experience and excellent IT skills, is proactive and has the ability to work efficiently as part of a busy team in an exciting working environment.
