The role of HR Administrator
Working closely with an experienced HR Manager, you will provide essential HR administrative support across the full employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, supporting recruitment administration, assisting with the HR systems implementation project, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly. This is a newly created role with genuine scope to contribute to something new.
