42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work involved.

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service‑driven individuals. Basic car knowledge is taught on the job.
Responsibilities
* Buy cars and ensure efficient running of branches; main point of contact for customers.
* Contact customers, prioritise diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
* Conduct appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
* liaise with the back office and colleagues.
Requirements
* A current full UK manual driving licence.
* Experience in a target‑driven environment.
* Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
* Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
* Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
* Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
* Excellent administration and IT skills.
