Part-Time HR Administrator (20 Hours per Week)

Key Responsibilities
* Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume reviews, and scheduling interviews.
* Assist with the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
* Manage the company's appraisal system and coordinate performance reviews.
* Ensure all HR practices comply with relevant employment legislation.
* Monitor and report on employee performance metrics like attendance and productivity.
* Assist with disciplinary processes and grievance handling.
* Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
* Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives.
What We\'re Looking For
* HR Experience: You must have relevant HR experience, although formal qualifications are not essential.
* Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Organisational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* IT Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Working Hours
This role requires 20 hours of work per week, all office-based. While there is flexibility in scheduling—such as working longer hours across fewer days—availability on Mondays and Fridays is a must.
