Responsibilities
* Relationship Building – Establishing credible, profitable partnerships with B2B outlets across Reading, Farnborough, and the surrounding southern territory.
* Product Expertise – Become a Lenovo product expert, understand the competitive landscape, and shift from “feature‑selling” to “need‑matching.”
* Training & Motivation – Engage and coach outlet colleagues to confidently recommend Lenovo products to customers.
* Driving Growth – Manage the existing trade partner base to increase both “sell‑in” and “sell‑out” volumes.
Qualifications
* Tech industry experience – Proven background working with or selling technology within a B2B environment, comfortable discussing hardware specifications and digital solutions.
* Proven results – Track record of delivering (and smashing) sales targets.
* Relationship skills – Ability to influence people at all levels and build instant rapport.
* Driving licence – Full UK manual driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months.
* Flexibility – Willingness to travel extensively and stay overnight as part of a national Southern role.
