Salary: £15,000 - 15,000 per year Requirements:
* Proficiency in data analysis techniques from various internal and external sources.
* Strong communication skills to convey findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience in data governance and data management practices.
* Ability to create and maintain data models, with knowledge of various data modelling tools and standards.
* Skills in data quality assurance and implementation of cleansing processes.
* Proficiency in data visualization techniques and tools to present data compellingly.
* Strong IT and mathematical skills, with experience in software such as MS Excel, Qlik, SQL, R, Python, QGIS, and Tableau.
* Proven ability to think logically and creatively to resolve problems in databases and data processes.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze and synthesize data to support service improvement and strategic development within the organization.
* Build collaborative relationships with colleagues at all levels and facilitate discussions to define needs and promote a data-informed culture.
* Actively participate in and advocate for data governance practices within the organization.
* Manage data effectively, ensuring compliance with standards and maintaining data dictionaries, while safeguarding privacy.
* Develop business intelligence architecture by collaborating with Data Engineers and Data Architects.
* Assist in data collection and validation processes to enhance user experience and data quality.
* Employ data visualization techniques to communicate complex information engagingly and understandably to various audiences.
* Utilize knowledge of IT and mathematical skills to approach data challenges and ensure information security.
