We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic [Job Title] to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Catering
As a Catering Manager, you'll:
* Ensure food services meet client and Sodexo standards while maintaining health, safety, and food compliance.
* Lead and motivate catering and support teams to deliver high-quality service and maintain operational excellence.
* Oversee equipment safety, security of assets, and prompt resolution of incidents or irregularities.
* Plan and implement marketing initiatives, special events, and drive customer engagement and sales growth.
* Manage financial controls, monitor margins, and support business improvement initiatives.
* Foster strong client relationships, conduct performance reviews, and promote a positive, safe work culture.
What we're looking for:
Essential
* Solid catering background with the ability to lead a catering team and other site services.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to lead various teams and skill levels.
* Good understanding of PPDS & Allergen laws.
* Good understanding of COSHH Process.
* Good understanding of HACCP.
* IOSH Managing safely or equivalent. or NEBOSH qualification.
* +5 years managerial experience
Desirable
* CIEH Level 3
* If IOSH & CIEH are not held, you would need to attend training courses to ensure that these are achieved.
* Understanding of Sodexo systems, Eprophit, Drive, UDC, Kronos – Training will be given on all necessary Sodexo systems.
* SIA non-frontline manager certification – If this is not held, you will need to provide all relevant documentation.
