People (HR) Administrator
Thetford, Norfolk
Part-time, Permanent (20-25 hours per week)
£25,611 per annum (pro rata) + 11% employer pension contribution

ABOUT THE ROLE
If you are a proactive and detail-driven individual with HR experience, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive, friendly People team and develop your HR career. Working closely with our Senior People and Projects Officer and the wider People Team, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the People (HR) function. This role involves providing administrative support across a range of tasks, including (but not limited to) recruitment, onboarding, pay and benefits, training and development, and changes to terms and conditions.
You'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, support, and deliver key organisational projects that align with the People strategy, including supporting the delivery of new staff benefits, policies, and HR systems, and developing our staff intranet (GanNet) and external careers page.
This role is offered on a part-time basis, working between 20 and 25 hours per week across 5 days (Mon-Fri). This position is based at our HQ in Thetford, Norfolk, although you will be able to work from home part of the time on a hybrid working regime, and flexible start and finish times can also be accommodated to ensure a good work-life balance.

ABOUT YOU
Previous experience in an HR role, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems, is essential. You will have good initiative, meticulous attention to detail, and be highly organised and adaptable to changing work priorities.

WHAT WE OFFER
£25,611 per annum (pro rata)
Annual leave entitlement on starting is 25 days plus bank holidays (pro rata if part-time).
