We're looking for a proactive and hardworking Labourer to join our high-performing Plant & Tool Division. As a Labourer, you'll play a key role in ensuring our depot runs smoothly and safely. You'll maintain a clean and hazard-free workshop and yard, prepare plant equipment for hire, and support the wider team to deliver exceptional service to our customers across construction, utilities, and infrastructure sectors. This is a hands-on role offering real career progression in a company that invests in its people. About You What You'll Be Doing • Keeping the workshop and yard clean, tidy, and hazard-free • Cleaning plant equipment and store it in an orderly fashion • Refuelling plant and machinery, accurately updating fuel logs • Quality-checking equipment before it leaves the depot to ensure it's hire-ready • Assisting with general workshop duties as required • Carrying out driving duties (subject to licence) and assisting Drivers and customers with loading and unloading vehicles • Operating forklift when necessary What You'll Bring • Previous experience in a labourer role, ideally within a hire depot or yard environment • Strong team player with a willingness to support colleagues • Ability to work independently and use initiative in a busy environment • High attention to detail and commitment to safety standards • CSCS card, forklift licence, and driving licence are advantageous About Us You'll be joining an industry leader that's growing and genuinely committed to your success.
