Fitness Instructor

Contract: Full Time
Salary: £12.75 per hour plus commission
With over 80 classes a week, the days are filled with fitness fun. You will be responsible for providing high-end and exclusive personal training sessions, tailored to our vast client base. This includes supporting the development and delivery of our fitness programmes. You will also be expected to teach classes such as indoor cycling, aqua, stretch, and body conditioning.
Responsibilities include:
* Assisting in the day-to-day running of the Department/Health Club to meet guest and member needs, providing exceptional customer service.
* Supporting the management of daily operations, resolving challenges professionally, and helping the department meet its targets.
* Providing feedback to support the development of the Wellbeing and Fitness team, and contributing to operational standards and procedures.
* Teaching indoor and outdoor classes and providing personal training to support guests' health and happiness.
* Exhibiting good communication skills and delivering department information effectively while maintaining discretion.
* Ensuring excellent customer service, being friendly, polite, and helpful in interactions with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications required:
* Exercise to music or equivalent group exercise certification
* Level 2 Gym Instructor certificate
* Level 3 Personal Training Certificate or Degree
