Site Manager (Social Housing) We are currently supporting a well-established UK construction and property services contractor who, due to continued growth, is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team in Crewe. This role will initially be offered on a temporary basis, with a strong potential to become permanent for the right individual. Core working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. Position: Site Manager Duration: 3 months (temp-perm) Location: Crewe Salary: £240.00 per day - £260.00 per day The Role You will be working on a long-standing social housing refurbishment contract, supporting kitchen and bathroom maintenance, roof, window & door replacements and upgrade programmes for a major registered housing provider. This is a hands-on site leadership role, ideal for a Site Manager who is confident managing multiple workstreams, maintaining high safety standards, and delivering quality outcomes in occupied properties.
