In-House Senior Recruiter (6-Month Contract) | London (Hybrid | £540/day | Inside IR35)

Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in London office)
Rate: £540/day (Inside IR35)
I'm partnering with a global tech client who is looking for an experienced In-House Recruiter to join their London team on a 6-month contract working across all NON-Tech roles.
This role is focused on hiring across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Analytics, and HR, and requires someone who's confident partnering with senior stakeholders and driving end-to-end recruitment strategy.
What we're looking for:
* A recruiter who's worked in large global tech companies and also understands the pace and agility required in tech start-ups
* Strong full-cycle recruitment experience across non-tech roles
* Comfortable advising and influencing senior stakeholders and leadership teams
* A strategic mindset, someone who builds hiring plans, not just fills jobs
* Experience working on 15-20 requisitions at any one time
* Passionate about building inclusive, high-performing teams
* Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable
