We are currently recruiting Admin Officers for our client based in Belfast, Castlecourt. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.

Rate of pay: £12.97
Duration: Until 1/25/2025
Hours of work: 37
Key Responsibilities:
Working within Department for Communities in the Northern Ireland Civil Service, this role will deliver services for customers who are based in Great Britain. The role will focus on delivering full services for Pension Credit and full training will be provided.
Main duties and essential skills may include, while not limited to:
1. Excellent customer services skills;
2. Strong call handling attributes;
3. Effective verbal and written communication skills;
4. Ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers;
5. Ability to work within and contribute to a team environment;
6. Ability to work accurately within specific deadlines to achieve relevant targets;
7. Basic IT skills/ computer literacy with an aptitude for learning new systems
8. Organised with good time management skills;
9. Excellent interpersonal skills;
10. Excellent work ethic with desire to personally develop
11. Excellent attendance and time keeping.
These roles are full-time, office based. Working from home may become available in the future.

Essential Criteria applicants must have:
12. 5 GCSE’s including maths and English (Proof of certs required)
13. Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
