Buildforce Solutions Ltd are recruiting an experienced Senior Site Manager to take full responsibility for a £10m industrial construction project in Wellingborough on a short-term basis.
Our client is a well-established industrial contractor, and this role will suit a confident, hands-on professional who is comfortable being number one on site and driving the project day to day.
The Role

Acting as No.1 Site Manager with full control of site operations
*
Managing all day-to-day site activities
*
Coordinating subcontractors
*
Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to quality standards
*
Liaising directly with the client, consultants, and supply chain
*
Maintaining site paperwork, RAMS, and H&S compliance
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager / No.1 on site
*
Strong background in industrial construction (warehousing, logistics, industrial units, etc.)
*
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
Able to commit to the full 6-week duration
