The Role:
Reporting into the the Group Head of HR the HR Officer will support the full employee lifecycle while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations across the business.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes across global offices but mainly UK.
* Managing HR administration including contracts, offer letters, and employee records
* Coordinating recruitment processes and liaising with agencies and hiring managers
* Assisting with employee relations matters, policies, and HR procedures
* Supporting payroll and benefits administration
* Maintaining and updating HR systems and employee data
* Coordinating learning & development initiatives and training schedules
* Assisting with performance review and appraisal processes
* Supporting compliance with employment legislation and company policies
* Providing day-to-day HR support to employees and stakeholders globally
Requirements:
* 4 + years previous experience within an HR Officer, HR Coordinator, or HR Administrator role
* Background experience in financial services, fintechs and/or professional services.
* Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle administration
* Experience working within a corporate or fast-paced environment
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD is desirable
* Experience supporting international offices or global teams is advantageous
