Duties include:
* Working on projects valued around £2M-12M in value. These will be mostly internal/external refurbishment and small new build schemes working with a site based Project Manager.
* Managing client and subcontractor relationships.
* Ensuring projects are being ran to a high quality, on time, within budget and processes are being followed.
* Working closely with the health & safety department to ensure best practice is being achieved.
