· Supervising along with the contractor the construction site.
· Managing daily activities on the site.
· Ensuring plans are being adhered to.
· Ensuring the raw materials used are as per the specifications.
· Working in collaboration with Engineers, Architects, Contractors, and other team members.

· Negotiating with the Contractors and vendors for the best price.
· Coming up with technical solutions for problems that are causing a delay in the projects.
