Duties/Responsibilities
* Advise on employment legislation, company policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and effective employee relations.
* Support managers and personnel coordinators with HR issues, including managing investigations and attending disciplinary meetings.
* Represent the company at hearings when necessary and act as a facilitator and arbitrator to reach agreements.
* Assist in HR initiatives aligned with the HR strategy, including resourcing, employee development, and policy implementation.
Location & Benefits
This is a Hybrid role with regular travel to central London sites. Salary up to £35,000 DOE. Working hours are 9:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, with benefits including 25 days annual leave, bank holidays, sick pay, and a car allowance.

Person Specification
* Experience in HR within an FM environment.
* Knowledge of UK employment law and case law.
* CIPD qualification or working towards it.
* Knowledge of TUPE regulations and practical application.
* Sensible approach to people management to reduce employment risks.
Additional Information
This role is for an HR Officer supporting a Government account, requiring flexibility and occasional evening meetings. Travel across UK sites such as Reading, London, and Nottingham may be necessary.
