HR ManagerMid Ulster/Co Antrim Exciting, new, permanent roleHighly successful organisationGreat team environmentExcellent salary We are hiring for our client, a highly successful and growing organisation in Mid Ulster/County Antrim, who are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead their HR function.Reporting to the Company Director, this is a great HR leadership role with full responsibility for the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, engagement, absence management, payroll reporting, and HR policy development.The HR Manager will act as a trusted advisor to the senior management team, supporting business growth and embedding a positive people culture across multiple sites.
