Responsibilities
* Respond to employee queries received into the HR inbox, liaising with the HR Manager when required.
* Collate, update and file employee records appropriately.
* Assist with the recruitment process by arranging interviews and acting as a contact person for applicants to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
* Onboard new starters, including the communication of compliance requirements such as Right to Work checks.
* Administer HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts and probation review letters.
* Maintain and update employment records and attendance information on our HRIS system.
* Generate, interpret, distribute and present various HR data reports to line managers.
* Act as company note‑taker during employee relations meetings, such as investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, etc.
* Calculate annual leave entitlement of holiday leave and add approved leave to the company HR system.
* Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR administrative tasks.
Qualifications
* Minimum of degree level in HR/Business or Level 3 CIPD.
* Minimum of one year of administration experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel).
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Experience with an HRIS system.
* Experience with note‑taking in complex situations.
