Responsibilities:
* Design, develop and maintain scalable applications using C#, .NET and Azure
* Provide technical mentorship, leadership and guidance to junior and mid-level Developers
* Drive continuous improvement across development processes, team productivity and Agile workflows
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
* Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions
* Look after complex coding tasks
Skills:
* Proven experience as a Senior Developer or similar role
* Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, Azure
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to deliver complex projects to tight deadlines
* Outstanding attention to detail and with a focus on performance, security and maintainability
