What you will do

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a proactive Residential Manager who will work closely with Operational Leads and Responsible Individuals to foster a supportive and effective team environment. You will drive initiatives that meet the Children Homes Regulations 2015 and align with the best practice standards identified within the SCCIF. As an advocate for diversity and inclusion, you’ll bring an acute understanding of these principles in workplace culture and service delivery. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in residential child care and at least one year in a supervisory or management role.
