Reporting to: Senior Hospitality Sales Manager


About the Role

To ensure the commercial operations are administered and function efficiently ensuring to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences for the NFFC supporters.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

* Proactively identify, target, and secure new hospitality clients to grow both seasonal and matchday hospitality revenue.
* Actively market all Nottingham Forest commercial opportunities and special events (e.g., Golf Days, corporate trips) to maximise revenue streams.
* Strategically engage with existing clients to maximise upsell opportunities and secure repeat business.
* Attend networking events across the Midlands Hub to secure new clients, leads and increase revenue.
* Act as the primary, fast-responding point of contact for all seasonal and match-by-match hospitality enquiries (via phone and email), converting leads into confirmed sales.
* Manage your inbound and outbound sales pipeline from initial inquiry through to closing the deal.
* Develop and maintain deep relationships with existing and potential customers through structured, regular contact throughout the season.
* Network with commercial teams across the Premier League and complementary industries to source leads, share best practice, and identify new market opportunities.
* Ensure all billing is up to date for both seasonal and matchday clients.
* Help deliver an exceptional matchday experience.
* Adhoc duties as required by management.


What are we looking for

* Proactive and reactive sales experience essential
* Demonstrate experience of using ticketing systems and analysing data
* Familiarity with behind-the-scenes aspects of a football club
* Excellent attention to detail and sound numeracy skills
* Good organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage own workload
* Communicates well on all levels, experienced in dealing with members of the public
* Works well under pressure and has flexibility to deal with issues out of hours and at short notice.
