About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-driven Site Manager to lead a super prime residential refurbishment project in Brighton. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-spec, design-led build involving premium finishes, bespoke detailing, and close collaboration with top-tier consultants and subcontractors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end residential refurbishments and a proven ability to deliver complex projects to the highest standards, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth project delivery
*
Manage subcontractors, site staff, and specialist trades
*
Ensure all works are carried out to exacting quality standards
*
Monitor project programme and report progress to the Project Manager
*
Coordinate with architects, designers, and client representatives
*
Enforce strict adherence to health & safety regulations and site compliance
*
Conduct regular site meetings, quality checks, and snagging reviews
*
Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and project documentation
Requirements:
*
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential projects
*
Strong understanding of construction detailing, luxury finishes, and bespoke installations
*
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (essential)
*
Strong knowledge of health & safety compliance
*
Experience working in live environments and with discerning clients
*
Able to work independently and manage multiple trades on site
