Own your future and join us as the Quality Manager at Knowle Green Day Nursery in Staines-upon-Thames. This role is full-time (37.5 hours a week) and you will work a variety of shifts between 07:00 and 18:30, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks of the year.
This is a supernumerary role and is part of a three-person management team for the nursery, comprising the Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager and Quality Manager. The Quality Manager is responsible for ongoing review and evaluation of provision to ensure teaching quality is outstanding. In the absence of the Nursery Manager, the Deputy Manager and the Quality Manager share nursery responsibilities.
Qualifications and rights to work are required before starting in the role, and a DBS check and satisfactory references will be obtained. VISA sponsorship is not available at present.
Responsibilities
* Manage ongoing review and evaluation of provision to ensure the quality and effectiveness of teaching is outstanding.
* Assist in leading a three-person management team (Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, Quality Manager) to achieve excellent nursery outcomes.

Requirements and qualifications
* A full and relevant Early Years qualification is essential.
* Strong EYFS knowledge and understanding of the SEND Code of Practice to guide colleagues in delivering outstanding early years practice.
* Experience mentoring, coaching, and leading within an early years environment to develop a happy, motivated team.
* Ability to build effective partnerships with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to promote company values and best outcomes.
