Our client, a global leader in motion and control technologies for a wide variety of industries is seeking for a suitable candidate to join the growing team!
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage customer enquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely responses
* Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Pricing, Global) to support quotations and order conversion
* Handle pricing, inventory checks, quotations, and order follow-ups/negotiations
* Oversee end-to-end order fulfilment, including delivery updates and issue resolution
* Collaborate with Planning and Quality teams on demand forecasting, returns, and claims
* Maintain regular customer engagement on NPI, forecasts, and delivery performance
* Prepare and submit sales reports and support other ad hoc duties
Job Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma and above in Engineering/ Business Administration or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in industrial distribution sales/ customer service/ customer support or equivalent
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficient in MS Office; Knowledge of JDE system will be advantageous
