We’re seeking a hands‑on experienced Residential Site Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality housing projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
* Overseeing daily site work and managing trades, keeping things running smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
* Projects in Monmouthshire and Herefordshire so will need to be willing to travel.
Requirements
* SMSTS, CSCS, first aid and previous experience essential.
* Forklift ticket an advantage.
