Responsibilities: Health, Safety & Compliance: Support the implementation of Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards, ensuring HR practices align with company policies and HSE guidelines. Employee Relations & Casework: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, supporting resolution in line with policies.
