Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire (with nationwide travel)
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum

We're seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Site Manager to join our client's growing team, delivering high-quality cladding, waterproofing, and external works packages on a variety of prestigious projects nationwide, often in collaboration with Tier 1 main contractors.
About the Role: As a Graduate Site Manager, you'll be mentored by experienced professionals and play an active role on live projects from day one. You'll assist in overseeing site activities, ensuring health and safety compliance, quality assurance, and coordination of subcontractors and materials.
This is a hands-on role offering real responsibility and clear progression opportunities within a specialist sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing day-to-day site operations
2. Support with site health & safety and compliance documentation
3. Liaise with Tier 1 contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
4. Ensure works are delivered to specification, on time, and within budget
5. Attend project meetings and report on progress
Requirements:
* Degree or HNC/HND in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
* A keen interest in cladding, external works, or envelope construction
* Willingness to travel and stay away for projects across the UK
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A proactive and problem-solving attitude
