The ideal candidate for this role will have demonstrable experience managing residential projects directly for the principal contactor. As Site Manager you will be responsible for: The day-to-day management of sub-contractors. Assistance with maintaining the program of works. Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with H&S standards. RAMS and Permit issuing. Maintaining site records and progress reports.
