Job Description
* Provide comprehensive HR advice to team members and managers
* Implement effective HR policies and procedures
* Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances and disciplinary actions
* Facilitate employee development programmes
* Assist in performance management processes
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Officer should have:
* A degree in human resources, business, or a related field
* Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices and employment law
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
* The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced FMCG environment
