Are you a Customer Service specialist in FMCG or Food looking to work for a progressive, friendly, and ethical company?

The opportunity could be right for you: the business is a chilled food processing company seeking someone to manage day-to-day interactions and logistics with key customers to ensure outstanding service and delivery. The role involves:
* Building strong relationships with customers and taking ownership of orders and inquiries.
* Communicating customer developments to internal stakeholders.
* Capturing and processing customer orders and contracts.
* Managing export contracts and related documentation.
* Aligning planning across the business, completing execution and reconciliations.
* Coordinating with customers and hauliers for collection and delivery.
* Processing customer invoicing.
* Managing customer queries and complaints.
* Providing management reporting information as required.
* Supporting the wider supply chain team with operational matters and strategic projects.
We seek a people-oriented individual who enjoys working closely with internal teams in sales, marketing, finance, production, and supply chain.
This successful and profitable business has growth plans, and the previous person in this role was promoted within 2 years.
Requirements include experience in a dedicated customer-focused logistics role within a manufacturing business in food or FMCG. Salary circa £35-40k plus strong benefits.
This role is home-based, with travel 2-5 days per quarter for meetings, working remotely most days.
