Role: Sales Executive
Location: Brighton (Hybrid - 2 days at home per week)
Hours: Full time - 36.25 hours per week
Pay: £25,000 per annum (OTE £30,000 per annum)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join one of our longstanding clients, an established organisation within the education and travel sector, based in Brighton.

The Requirements:
* Previous experience in sales or outbound calling, with confidence handling objections
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of margins
* Excellent product knowledge, with the ability to learn new information quickly
* Highly organised with strong administrative skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Clear and confident communicator, able to adapt tone and style to different audiences
* Great attention to detail and active listening skills to fully understand customer needs
* Team player with a collaborative and positive approach to working in a sales environment
* Must be willing to complete a DBS check (required for working with children or vulnerable adults)
The Role:
* Generate new business leads and support customer retention through outbound calls to schools
* Use a mix of self-sourced leads, meetings, calls, and proposals to drive sales
* Manage inbound enquiries and webchat, ensuring a smooth handover to Account Managers
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across products
* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain accurate CRM records
* Build strong product knowledge and stay informed on new offerings
* Take part in training sessions to enhance skills and performance
* Provide cover for Account Managers when required
