Actual Salary £32,061 - £36,363 per annum (Grade 9)
This job is {Full Time/ Part Time/ Part Time - Term Time Only:} and is offered on a Permanent basis.
Approximate start date February 2026.
Key responsibilities across multiple schools in the Wimborne area:
* Site management & compliance
* Maintenance & repairs
* Supervision & team leadership
* Site and out-of-hours security
* Health & safety
* Manage the operation of the swimming pool (for St. Michaels Middle School).
What we are looking for (essential):
* Proven experience in a relevant site management post.
* Skills: Excellent organisational skills, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft and/or Google Suite. A proactive, problem-solving approach.
* Must be able to travel independently at short notice to meet organisational requirements.
* Good knowledge of relevant Safeguarding procedures and a commitment to promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Working Pattern: Hybrid working—based in the central team, requiring travel between assigned schools, with occasional home-based working. Requires occasional out-of-hours working.
Working Environment: The role involves frequent physical effort, including walking, lifting, carrying, and working outdoors in adverse weather conditions.
