The post is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will report to the Head of People Resources and will work closely with the Office Manager and Senior Managers. Duties include assisting with staff recruitment and onboarding, maintaining electronic staff records, developing programmes to enhance employee relations, ensuring correct staff benefits and pay, promoting Company health & safety and equality, ensuring that company employment policies adhere to national regulations, and supporting the staff training function. You will be required to have previous HR or administrative experience. Essential skills include exceptional attention to detail, time-management, and an ability to work under pressure, often on your own initiative. You must be aware of the need for confidentiality and adherence to GDPR regulations. Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is required, as are strong interpersonal, verbal, numerical and written abilities.
