Job Duties & Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact between General Contractor, the end-client, and consortium partner.
* Lead and manage the construction project from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Oversee all construction activities, including site preparation, power plant construction, equipment installation, and infrastructure development.
* Provide technical guidance and support throughout the construction process, ensuring compliance with regulations, codes, and standards.
* Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, supervising their work to ensure alignment with project specifications.
* Implement quality control procedures and conduct inspections to maintain the highest construction standards.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
* Promote clear communication and cooperation with engineers, designers, consultants, and local authorities.
* Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and foster a safety-first culture on-site.
* Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting to all project stakeholders.
Requirements
* Relevant experience in managing large-scale industrial or energy construction projects.
* University degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
* Proficiency in MS Office; experience with project management tools is a plus.
* Certification in Project Management is an asset.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
